Want  to have more ease, calm, and happiness in as little as 5 minutes a day? This is a 6 week digital meditation class for busy and overwhelmed women to feel more ease, calm, and present without hours of meditation. You’ll get highly practical, easy to apply tools, tips, and techniques, and learn everything you need to know to establish a Mindfulness practice AND stick with it.

Each week will contain a 30 minute audio lesson, plus a corresponding 5 and 10 minute Mindfulness Meditation for you to listen to daily for the week. You’ll also be provided with additional tips and tools and journal prompts if you choose to add in journaling to your practice.
