6 week Mindfulness Meditation class to relieve stress, calm your busy mind, and boost happiness without having to stop your thoughts or meditate for an hour.
When: Tuesday starting March 12th to April 16th 7pm

Please bring with you a water bottle, journal and pen, yoga mat and something comfortable to sit on. We will have blocks, however you may prefer a chair. It will be a lot of sitting!
