Description
6 week Mindfulness Meditation class to relieve stress, calm your busy mind, and boost happiness without having to stop your thoughts or meditate for an hour.
When: Tuesday starting September 3rd to October 15th (no class October 8th) at 7pm
Where: TBA
Please bring with you a water bottle, journal and pen, yoga mat and something comfortable to sit on. There are couches however you may prefer a chair. It will be a lot of sitting!
