Pop in your Airpods to listen to the weekly course lessons, then listen to the corresponding 5 or 10 minute everyday for 6 weeks…and VOILA! Either way, you will feel calmer, more present, and able to handle the dirtiest meltdown from your kiddo (or your spouse) while feeling steady in yourself.

We officially start on Sunday March 14th when you can access your first Lesson: Mindfulness of Breath. The rest of the lessons will be released one week at a time every Sunday, however you will get immediate access to the resource area.

The live sessions will be every Wednesday at 5:30pm PST so you have time to listen to the content and bring all your questions. The dates are March 17th, 24th, and 31st, and April 7th, 14th, and 21st  and all live sessions will be recorded with a replay available.
