6 Week Mindfulness Meditation Course

(A SUPER SIMPLE AUDIO COURSE YOU CAN LISTEN TO WHILE CHOPPING CARROTS FOR DINNER)

It’s the short and sweet easy to listen to course that fits into your busy life. Pop in your Airpods to listen to the weekly course lessons, then listen to the corresponding 5 or 10 minute everyday for 6 weeks…and VOILA! You will feel like a new woman, or maybe more like yourself again. Either way, you will feel calmer, more present, and able to handle the dirtiest meltdown from your kiddo (or your spouse) while feeling steady in yourself.

We officially start on Sunday August 15th when you can access your first Lesson: Mindfulness of Breath and we’ll do a live session together where you’ll be introduced to the course and each other. The rest of the lessons will be released one week at a time every Sunday, however you will get immediate access to the resource area.

The live sessions will be every Wednesday at 5:30pm PST so you have time to listen to the content and bring all your questions. The dates are August 18th, 25th, September 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and all live sessions will be recorded with a replay available but trust me when I say you won’t want to miss them!
