Classes Offered

Morning Magic (Gentle Flow):

The focus is on mobility as well as flexibility, balance, and strength. You’ll take more time with the poses and be offered many variations to make the poses more accessible or challenging depending on your needs. It’s lots of fun and you will love it! Each class is different and unique, however you will ALWAYS leave feeling amazing.

​Afternoon Bliss (Yin):​

This is a deep, mindful practice I affectionately call “floppy yoga.” The poses are passive (flopping into poses with no engagement) and held from 2-8 minutes which is amazing for releasing joints and connective tissue which don’t respond as quickly as muscles. You will love this restorative and beautiful practice!

Monday afternoons August 4-September 6, 4:30-5:30pm

(Evening Energy) Yoga Flow:

Flow yoga links movement to the breath as you flow through the yoga poses. It is a fun, creative, and dynamic practice that includes Sun Salutations to create heat and build flexibility and strength. It’s a joyfully sweaty and blissful class.

Wednesday nights August 6- September 10, 6-7pm

*​Registration is $100 + GST ($105) per 6 week class, or $180 + GST ($189) for 2 classes (because I want to see your beautiful self MORE!)

I’ve enjoyed learning the practice of yoga from dozens of instructors in the past 20 years, but Tina’s classes are my favourite. Her classes are almost an art as she puts so much effort into that hour doesn’t take a minute for granted. Tina’s class is the boost I need to get through the day or week!

I love that there are different time/day options. It’s gentle (sometimes lol) and we’re all encouraged to do what we can but always strive for more . Tina listens to our requests and builds each class based on our needs. She’s always there to correct a pose or make a suggestion.
